The Congressional Art Competition for high school students grades 9 through 12 was created in 1982. Every year, Congressional offices across the nation initiate the Congressional Art Competition in their own home districts. Congressman Doug Lamborn will be presenting awards to the winners in Colorado's 5th Congressional District.
